If you have your news server and would like your top news to be displayed on this server,
just give me the output of your hypertexts in an XML file. Note, however, about adding a server
there is no legal claim and therefore I reserve the right to refuse to classify the server without giving any reason. It is
especially the squalid and hostile servers.
